Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation
Support HR policies, leave management, and staff coordination
Serve as a communication link between employees and management
Marketing & Video Marketing Responsibilities:
Create short promotional videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube
Confident to showcase ornaments in front of camera.
Promote showroom offers, collections, and events through video campaigns
Collaborate with management to plan branding and marketing strategies
Requirements:
Female candidates only

Previous experience in HR coordination and digital/video marketing
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content
Strong communication skills in English; Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury brand marketing
Basic understanding of UAE labour laws
Creative mindset with confidence in front of the camera

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
