The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, compensation and benefits administration, training, and organizational development. The HR Manager ensures HR strategies support business goals and foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Oversee full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Work with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages engagement and retention.
3. Performance Management
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and employee development.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and legally compliant.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Stay current with labor law developments and implement necessary changes.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll and benefits programs in coordination with finance/payroll teams.
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to compensation packages.
Manage employee recognition and incentive programs.
6. Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Lead HR projects such as culture initiatives, change management, and organizational restructuring.
Analyze HR metrics and report on workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Minimum of [5+] years of HR experience, with at least [2+] years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
