Key responsibilities include: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retaining of employeesNurture a positive working environmentMaintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employeesDevelop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputesMaintain accurate HR records and administer existing HR systemImplement learning and development policy.Manage talent and succession planning.Bridge managers and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packagesProcess payroll and administer payroll records
Profile
Successful applicants will have/be Proven working experience as HR manager or HR Business PartnerLocal middle east experience is a much and Arabic language is an advantagePeople oriented, energetic, agile and hands onHighly collaborative and team playerPerson who can deal with complex structureKnowledge of HR systems and databasesExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
