Hindi - MandatoryNote:- Experience from recruitment agencies or consultancies is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Post and manage job openings across multiple portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
Conduct HR screening calls and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Work closely with management to achieve hiring targets.
Support onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
What We're Looking For:
3-4 years of solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS/recruitment trackers.
Must be fluent in Hindi and available to join immediately.
