Within the global EMEA HR team of 12 people now, you would be responsible, on your own, to handle all HR subjects for the META region (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, South Africa) based from our brand new office in Dubai. You would also assist our Office Manager when needed on specific tasks.

Driving Recruitment, Employer Branding and Talent Management:
Be responsible for the full recruitment cycle on any kind of positions
Be a true partner with your hiring managers. They will feel that you have a deep understanding of how to better strengthen their teams
Constantly challenge the status-quo by bringing new ideas and plans to be more efficient and influential
Be an ambassador of our talent brand
Promote the Dubai office by finding new ideas and new projects/events to implement to help gaining more candidates and make current employees proud of Genetec
Business Partner
Accompanying managers in their business needs
Being the dedicated contact for teams
Advising managers on best practices
HR Development
Collaboration, implementation and deployment of the HR EMEA strategy
Piloting the personnel administration
Implementation and deployment of the training, wellness, and talent development programs
Implementation of KPIs
Piloting professional & annual interviews, internal mobilities plan
Assessing and implementing a motivating and fair compensation & benefits policy
Handling HR communications, HR events
Labor Law - Social Relations
Responsible for the reliability of employment contracts and local processes
Responsible for litigation and disciplinary procedures
Responsible for immigration and internal mobilities
Working with the Legal team, legal partners, public authorities and Accountants

Previous experience as a HR Business Partner role, ideally in the software or IT industry
Good knowledge of Social Law matters within the Middle East territories
Effective relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Microsoft Office knowledge
