HR Manager - Immediate Joiner only
To facilitate the development of the PCP department by managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations, as well as supporting the PCP Executive Director in initiating organization-wide best practices to deliver corporate objectives. To implement an HR strategy to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the PCP department practices and operations. Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s or MasteraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably in HRM. Vocational certifications such as SHRM, SPHR, or CIPD are preferred. Experience and Skills: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR. People management and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of financial and budget management. Team management capabilities. Talent development and performance management skills. Roles, Responsibilities, and Duties: Identify legal requirements and government regulations (e.g., MOL, Immigration) affecting HR functions and ensure compliance. Keep the team updated on recent regulatory changes. Handle visa processes, government relations, trade license renewals, pension fund management, and immigration requirements. Ensure timely submission of documentation to avoid penalties. Manage employee surveys and analyze results. Update pension records as per regulations and manage pension scheme changes. Handle legal cases related to employees, ensuring closure and representing HR in legal matters if required. Manage HR policies, procedures, and forms for UAE and KSA, updating them regularly. Ensure risk management and audit compliance, conducting internal audits as needed. Prepare periodic reports and handle HR projects, tenders, and acquisitions. Maintain effective communication within departments and the HR team. Optimize HRIS systems and suggest SAP enhancements for process improvements. Track development progress and update the HR Director weekly. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and employee exit processes, ensuring timely final settlements.
