Lead and develop the HR team, define department KPIs, and ensure efficient performance
Align local HR policies with Group strategy
Handle full recruitment cycle and oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
Build and maintain university / school partnerships to support talent acquisition
Manage employee lifecycle (contracts, leaves, payroll, compliance) and ensure labor law adherence
Coordinate internal HR communication and promote company culture and values
Implement and enforce Health & Safety policies in cooperation with the Group H&S team
What you bring along:

Completed degree in HR, business administration, or similar
Several years of experience as an HR generalist or HRBP in an international environment
In-depth knowledge of Moroccan labor law
Leadership experience and strong communication skills
Business fluent in French and English is needed
High level of initiative, intercultural competence
