We are looking for an experienced HR Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Generalist to join our tech company and lead the human resources function. As the HR Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team and employees to ensure our organization is attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values
Act as a business partner to department heads and employees, providing guidance and support on HR issues
Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selecting new hires
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed
Manage the performance review process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and managing disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment law, health and safety, and data protection
Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Manage HR projects as assigned by the leadership team
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or related field
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the tech industry
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with HR software and tools
Understanding of employment law and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
