Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 40,000 per month (competitive, commensurate with experience)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Manager to become a key pillar of our leadership team. This is not just an operational role but a strategic one, where you will have the opportunity to shape the people strategy that supports our ambitious global vision. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into comprehensive HR initiatives that attract, develop, motivate, and retain our exceptional talent across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with the company's global business goals and creative culture.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership and department heads, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters.
  • Lead organizational development projects, including change management, team structuring, and leadership coaching.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for key roles, from employer branding and headhunting to onboarding, ensuring a stellar candidate experience.
  • Design and manage talent management programs, including succession planning, career pathing, and high-potential development.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent in a competitive, multicultural market.
Performance & Employee Relations:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of a modern performance framework that drives high performance and continuous feedback.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that reflects our company values.
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure 100% compliance with UAE labor laws and all relevant international regulations across our operations.
  • Continuously refine and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  • Oversee HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll liaison, and visa/immigration processes in partnership with external providers.
Learning & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and develop tailored L&D programs that empower our creative and technical teams.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a strategic HR Manager role within the UAE/GCC.
  • Proven experience in a multinational corporation, ideally within creative industries such as design, architecture, entertainment, hospitality, or consulting.
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law and immigration processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment and talent management for diverse, senior-level roles.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Desired:
  • Experience supporting multi-location or remote teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
