We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead all aspects of our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote company culture and vision.
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, engagement scores) to guide decision-making and report to management.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully and become productive quickly.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage a robust performance review cycle (e.g., annual appraisals, quarterly check-ins).
Coach managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and managing underperformance.
Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all employee relations issues.
Proactively address and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
Foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage the company's compensation structure and benefits program, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Oversee the payroll process in coordination with the Finance department.
Administer annual salary reviews and bonus schemes.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs across the organization.
Source and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Promote a culture of learning and development.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labor Law and all relevant free zone regulations.
Manage all visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
