Job Description

Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead all aspects of our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote company culture and vision.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, engagement scores) to guide decision-making and report to management.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully and become productive quickly.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage a robust performance review cycle (e.g., annual appraisals, quarterly check-ins).
  • Coach managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and managing underperformance.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all employee relations issues.
  • Proactively address and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Manage the company's compensation structure and benefits program, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee the payroll process in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Administer annual salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs across the organization.
  • Source and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Promote a culture of learning and development.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure 100% compliance with UAE Labor Law and all relevant free zone regulations.
  • Manage all visa processing, renewals, and cancellations for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
