Position Overview: As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture within the organization. Leveraging your extensive experience in the UAE market, you will lead HR operations, implement strategic HR policies, and support the company\'s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization\'s objectives and the dynamic business environment of the UAE.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and proactively updating HR policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection and onboarding of top talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and grievances effectively.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, designing and implementing relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payroll for employees across the organization.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least [X] years of experience in the UAE market.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
