Adecco Middle East is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join with our prestigious client in Dubai and take a leading role in managing our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT companies, possess expert knowledge of UAE labor laws, and have a proven track record of positively influencing the working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Ensure the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Promote effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, providing feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensure alignment with UAE labor laws and industry standards.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Provide guidance on legal and ethical HR practices.
• Change Management: Drive initiatives to improve the working environment, promote employee engagement, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of HR Management Experience: A proven track record with over 10 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably within IT companies.
• UAE Labor Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is mandatory.
• Change Agent: Proven ability to drive positive change in the workplace environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to address and discuss sensitive issues with senior management.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions.
• A Masters/ bachelor\'s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
• Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
• A strong team player spirit and an interest in learning new things is essential.
