A great opportunity for an HR professional to assist with the organisation\'s growth. Since this is a strategic focused position, our client requires someone with adept HR experience, having worked in a managerial role within the UAE.

About the Role
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full HR Function and you will be the main point of contact for all employees within the Middle East Offices, as well as developing business strategy, implementing new processes and company policies and procedures to ensure all policies are up to date and compliant with the UAE labour law.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the full employee life-cycle including recruitment, heavily involved with the interview process, as well as development of the entire recruitment procedure to ensure the best fit candidates are identified and selected to meet the business requirements.

The HR Manager will oversee 3 companies, improving talent management and retention by recommending best-practice workplace initiatives, employee relations, addressing any issues and recommending improvements. In addition, you will manage the execution of performance management programmes to assess the team\'s performance, staff appraisals and lead performance reviews.

About You
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 8 years HR experience with a minimum of 2 years within a leadership role. As this position will manage two direct reports, it is essential that you hold a qualification within a related field with excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law.

You will be a strong decision maker with experience working closely with senior board directors to develop business strategy and contribute to the organisation\'s growth. The suitable candidate will have recruitment experience, having hired for various roles up from low level to senior level. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
