About the Job Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in mid to large-sized construction companies in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates.
Administer and oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, including personnel files and contracts.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Develop and implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and goal-setting.
Coordinate with management to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.
Monitor and report on HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR strategies.
Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
Collaborate with management to support organizational growth and development.
Handle any other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
