- To assist the Human Resources in the administration, interpretation and implementation of personnel policies, procedures and programs; in the enforcement of rules and regulations; and more specifically, in carrying out the employment activities of Human Resources in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with guidelines established by the company and the General Manager. - Oversees administrative processes including but not limited to: Maintenance of Employee Files Review and update of Employee Handbook Medical Insurance (where applicable) Vacation Applications Sick Pay Emergency Leave Resignations Dismissals Exit Interviews Staff Accommodation Staff Cafeteria - Has minimum 5 years experiences in HRBP from fast paced environment. - Experienced in leading a People Operations or Human Resources team. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, bookkeeping, and managing financial accounts. - Good communication in English (both oral and written).
