Charterhouse is working with a leading Fintech Group, who is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager within their Dubai Office. This role requires someone who has exceptional experience as a 360 HR Manager and is passionate about supporting with the growth of the business.

About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will manage the overall HR operations, working closely with the HR Director to lead, coordinate and develop the HR policies and procedures. You will collaborate with the HR Director and Senior Board Members to develop the HR strategy to support organisation goals and business growth.

In addition, you will be responsible for building talent and leading the recruitment and onboarding process, participate in performance management and handle employee engagement. The HR Manager will also assist in compensation and benefits to improve retention and enhance employee satisfaction.

About You
To be considered for this role, you should have further education within HR, Business Studies or Psychology with a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience both working in a senior HR role and within the UAE. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is a crucial requirement for this position.

You should have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal along with strong leadership and people management skills. It is essential that the candidate has knowledge and experience working within the financial industry with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges.
