We're looking for a tech savvy, solution-oriented professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Systems Support Lead. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring the smooth BAU operations of our recruitment platforms--from troubleshooting and system configuration to user support and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities




Coordinate the support of TA platform-related queries from recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and manage the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ATS, CRM, and career site platforms to maintain smooth recruitment operations. Conduct root cause analysis and escalate complex system problems to IT or external vendors. Perform system configurations, updates, and user access management to optimize platform performance. Collaborate with TA, HR, and IT teams to test and implement system enhancements. Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and process documentation to support self-service and knowledge sharing. Train and coach recruiters and HR teams on system best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Monitor system performance and usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure data integrity and compliance across all recruitment systems. Manage system permissions and enforce data protection policies to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications



What You'll Bring




Essential:




Proven experience in HR system support, TA operations, or HRIS administration Strong knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and CRM platforms (e.g., Taleo, ORC, Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS) Hands-on experience with system configurations, user management, and troubleshooting Familiarity with data security, compliance, and audit requirements Excellent communication and training skills for supporting end users Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Solid understanding of HR functions Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent English communication (written and spoken) Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to foster team collaboration Preferred knowledge of API integrations, automation tools, or basic SQL Preferred experience in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel)
