Job Purpose :
To provide operational support to the HR Regional Head of the given region in institutionalization of new HR initiatives / plans.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage day to day HR activities in the organisation
2. Assis HRBP in collating any Employee data as needed
3. Assist implementation of Reward & Recognition programs in the zone
4. Implement programs to continuously engage and motivate staff to achieve superior results.
5. Coordinate with selected candidates for BV documentations
6. Ensure compliance to the all VFS Global HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees.
7. Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures/ regulations and statutory requirements
8. Judicious use of natural resources
9. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
