Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation sessions.
Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with various HR projects.
Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
