We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Manama.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the HR team with daily operations, training, recruitment, and other HR services. Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth and positive integration into the company. Maintaining and updating employee records and our HR database with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Providing administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives, such as policy updates and employee engagement programmes. Helping to coordinate and organise internal training sessions and professional development activities. Responding to basic employee queries and directing them to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary. Performing general administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or any related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A proactive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a meticulous eye for detail. * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
