We're looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Intern to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
For Internship, entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in human resources and recruitment.
Responsibilities :
- Support the recruitment team by posting job ads on various portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and assist in building a pipeline of talent for future openings.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents, managing employee files, and coordinating interviews.
- Provide support to the recruitment and business development teams with market mapping and candidate sourcing.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A high level of organization, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic are a must.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills are preferred.
- A valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.
- Immediate availability to start is essential.
Pay - 1000 QAR
