About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations while contributing to our organization's success.
Assist with employee administration tasks, including updating employee records in databases and filing HR documents
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Help maintain HR files and contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, and special HR initiatives
Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including general office duties as needed
Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
What do we need from you
Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word, Excel (including V-Lookup), and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Basic understanding of HR practices and policies
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
