We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
HR Intern
with a foundational understanding of Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will support the HR Manager across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, compliance, and employee record management. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Support
Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day employee management activities
Support recruitment processes, including:
o Screening applications
o Scheduling interviews
o Coordinating candidate communications
Assist in onboarding activities:
o Preparing documentation
o Welcoming new employees
o Ensuring smooth integration into the company
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain and update HR documentation and employee records
Support HR compliance requirements and ensure adherence to internal policies
Organize, file, and digitize HR documents as needed
Employee Records Management
Update and maintain accurate employee databases
Assist with preparation of reports and information for HR audits
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields
UAE Residence Visa holder (Student Visa or Family Sponsorship)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of HR operations is a plus
