We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to support the HR Supervisor at
UPANDRUNNING, Dubai's premier sports and wellness clinic
. This
full-time internship (40 hours per week)
offers valuable hands-on experience in various areas of HR operations, including employee onboarding, licensing, visa processing, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing and tracking employee visas, Emirates IDs, and labour cards in coordination with the PRO service provider.
Support with DHA licensing applications and renewals for clinical staff.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR system, ensuring timely updates of staff information, leave tracking, and document expiries.
Help respond to staff queries and HR-related requests such as NOCs, salary certificates, and policy guidance.
Coordinate with insurance providers for medical insurance enrollments and cancellations.
Prepare and organize HR documents and reports, ensuring compliance with UAE labour and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Basic experience using
Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong
attention to detail
and ability to meet deadlines.
A
proactive approach
with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Positive attitude
and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good
interpersonal and communication skills
.
Ability to work
flexible hours
if required.
Fluency in English
(spoken and written)
