Luminary Real Estate is a leading real estate firm committed to excellence in property sales, leasing, and investment advisory. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in human resources within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Screen incoming resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Make initial calls to potential candidates and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview schedules and feedback.
Support in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing recruitment portals.
Help organize internal HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Prior internship or part-time experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
