Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR compliance, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate communications and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires (preparing documents, orientation logistics).
Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
  • Assist with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and audits.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics (attendance, turnover, etc.).
Employee Engagement
  • Help organize company events, training sessions, and wellness programs.
  • Assist in employee surveys and feedback collection.
Compliance & Policies
  • Support HR in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist with audits and documentation for legal requirements.
General HR Support
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
  • Participate in HR projects (diversity initiatives, process improvements).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
