team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to key HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement, giving you a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.HR Operations
: Contribute to daily HR activities such as documentation, data management, and HRIS updates.Employee Engagement
: Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communication.Process Improvement
: Help identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.Skills Required:
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite Soft Skills: Good Communication (written & verbal), Teamwork, Can-do attitude, highly performance driven.What You'll Gain
