Job Title - HR Head
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Head to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions within a healthcare services environment. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, building a strong workforce, and fostering a high-performance, patient-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective service delivery across all HR functions.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Ensure timely hiring of qualified healthcare professionals and support staff.
Develop workforce plans to meet operational and growth requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement, retention, and performance.
Address employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
Performance Management & Development
Design and manage performance management frameworks and appraisal systems.
Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight
Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll processes.
Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in remuneration practices.
Manage annual salary reviews, incentives, and benefits administration.
Compliance & HR Governance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Lead HR audits and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
Policies, Processes & Continuous Improvement
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Improve HR processes, systems, and reporting for operational efficiency.
Leverage HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Masters degree or HR professional certification is preferred.
8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with senior leadership exposure.
Experience within healthcare or regulated service industries is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
