Client-Facing HR Consulting & Business Development
Identify and onboard new clients for Citadel's
outsourced HR services
.
Act as an
HR advisor
to clients: recruitment, compliance audits, HR policies, and employee relations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
Collaborate with the
Business Development team
to pitch HR services, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends to design
innovative HR solutions
for clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration
, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
3 years of UAE-based HR experience
, preferably in the
healthcare sector
.
Proven experience in
HR operations
and
client servicing or consulting
.
In-depth knowledge of
UAE labor law
and HR best practices.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced, consultancy-driven
environment.
Strong
business acumen
and ability to build client relationships.
