Position Overview



We are seeking a

highly motivated and versatile HR Generalist

to lead

internal HR operations

while also contributing to

business development

through external HR consulting services. This is a dual-role opportunity offering exposure to both

corporate HR management

and

client-facing consulting work

.

Key Responsibilities Internal HR Management (Citadel HMC Team)



Manage the

entire employee lifecycle

: recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, compliance, and offboarding. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with

UAE labor law

and company values. Drive

employee engagement, training, and retention strategies

. Oversee HR systems, documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Client-Facing HR Consulting & Business Development



Identify and onboard new clients for Citadel's

outsourced HR services

. Act as an

HR advisor

to clients: recruitment, compliance audits, HR policies, and employee relations. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service delivery. Collaborate with the

Business Development team

to pitch HR services, prepare proposals, and close deals. Keep up-to-date with industry trends to design

innovative HR solutions

for clients.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

HR, Business Administration

, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

3 years of UAE-based HR experience

, preferably in the

healthcare sector

. Proven experience in

HR operations

and

client servicing or consulting

. In-depth knowledge of

UAE labor law

and HR best practices. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and negotiation

skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a

fast-paced, consultancy-driven

environment. Strong

business acumen

and ability to build client relationships.

Fixed Salary:

AED 4,000 per month+ Commission

Job Requirements



Location:

Candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate before starting

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in UAE (Required), preferably in healthcare
