Our client is the largest US-based supplier of aerospace and defense products with operations across the MENA region. They are looking for an experienced, HR Generalist for a 1-year contract supporting HR Partners in diverse HR functions. Responsibilities include Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation, HR Administration, and project involvement. Reporting to the site HR Lead, this position focuses on diverse HR initiatives, including visa and permit processes, policy creation, payroll support, and HR system maintenance.

Responsibilities:
Assist HR Partners in implementing programs aligning with business goals.
Support recruitment activities from job description creation to candidate coordination.
Manage visa, work permit, and JAFZA applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Oversee Life and Medical Insurance updates and cancellations.
Issue contracts, offer letters, and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.
Update and create local HR policies and handbooks.
Prepare HR-related monthly reports and support payroll processes.
Maintain accurate HR records electronically and in hard copy.
Assess issues, offer creative solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
Engage in diverse HR and administrative tasks such as Workday Transactions and benefits enrollment verification.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors Degree; HR Qualification preferred.
2+ years in HR Generalist roles with UAE employment law knowledge.
Experience in JAFZA operations.
Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with IT proficiency.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Arabic would be a plus.
