\xe2\x80\x93 Human Resource Generalist To effectively maintain the smooth running of in-house operations by managing daily operations of HR Dept. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Carry out end-to-end recruitment and selection
Complete pre on-boarding management with objective to get the candidate formally and smoothly inducted in the Organization.Policy development and documentation
Maintaining employee relations
Compensation and benefit administration
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
To conduct performance management working closely with senior management within the organisation.
To develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company\xe2\x80\x99s HR responsibilities.
To communicate internally with all departments and participate in decision making process
Maintain attendance record and carry out payroll
Sourcing Candidates from Job Portals, Database, References and other sources;
screening the candidates
Interview candidates to assess their suitability for employment and growth within the organization
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
Arranges interviews for management levels
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant employee positions.
Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates
Preparing job descriptions
Conducts orientation program to new employees
Attends to employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances and complaints and provides guidance if necessary
Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment
Prepares Memo, warning letters and termination letters for employees
Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of staff documents, insurance policy, HR handbook
Managing advance Salary, Bonuses
Leaves and Attendance Management
Motivate the employees on day to day basis
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management);
Administers the HR policies, procedures and strategies
Handles monthly payroll through WPS System and prepares pay slips for employees;
Handling all the queries of the employees, be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.
provides advice and assistance to employee
ensures accurate and timely information to employee in order to make effective decisions
Provide advice and assistance when conducting employee performance evaluations
Organizes corporate events such as company\xe2\x80\x99s Parties, dinner, trips, etc.
Liaising and coordinating with all the department for the smooth functioning
Monitor the daily task reports of the departments
Prepare the Agenda and organize the general meeting
Conduct regular departmental and general training and certificate program
Conduct employee engagement activities
Keep the track of document expiry of all employees such as labor card, visa, passport, etc for CIG group
Coordinate with PR Dept for all document renewal and cancellation of new and existing employees
Coordinate with respective department for staff insurance renewal and cancellation
Ensure staff affidavit done duly
Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Master\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
HR GENERALIST: 2 years (Preferred)
