- Support the HR and/or line organization to provide professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR issues related to agreed activities. Performing employee background checks and verifying information
- Conduct exit interviews
- Collect and analyze employee data
- Use data to create employee profiles
- Organize and update employee files
- Adhere to regulatory standards
- Visa Process/Work Permit/Bahrain Visa - Visa cancellation
- Joining formalities (Internal/External)
- Medical Insurance
- Timesheets
- Document Controller/Printing Clerikal documents
- Employee Verification
- HRMS Software
- Bank account opening
- Handling candidates end to end procedures for Account Managers

Required:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus
- Excellent computer literacy skills (intermediate to advanced level) in Office Microsoft
