Job Description

:
  • Participate in the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Manage all the traveling processes for the employees, “In & out of Egypt”.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Book flight tickets, VISA appointment, reserve accommodation, and organize rental transportation.
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suit employees' needs.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Review/Maintain annual vacation balances, national holidays, and related reports (e.g. yearly).
  • Contribute to arranging company events and trips.
  • Monitoring internship program and related probation periods.
  • Support in medical care reimbursement and approval processes with a medical care provider.

    Job Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Proven experience from 2 to 5 years as an HR Generalist is a must.
    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
    • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Wide networking skills including health care providers.
    • Aptitude in problem-solving.
    • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
    • Additional HR training will be a plus.
