- Talent acquisition and recruitment
- Performance management
- Employee relations and engagement
- Policy development and implementation
- Promotion and Career Path Planning
- Compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Benefits administration
- HR data analysis and reporting
- A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and proven experience in HR management
- A passion for fostering diversity and inclusion and an ability to adapt to a diverse, multicultural work environment
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
