Role Overview:

As our HR Specialist, you will manage a full spectrum of HR operations and strategies tailored specifically to the unique demands of the forex trading industry. You will handle recruitment, talent management, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development to foster a high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented candidates experienced in forex trading and financial markets (Fund management, Banking, Forex or Financial Institutions).

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with industry regulations and company objectives.

Administer employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally and effectively.

Coordinate and manage performance appraisal systems and performance management frameworks.

Oversee training and development programs tailored to forex trading roles to continuously enhance employee skills and industry knowledge.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry-specific regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data analytics.

Collaborate closely with management to support strategic HR planning and organizational development initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of HR experience, specifically within the forex trading or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of forex industry dynamics, roles, and regulatory environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
