Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who experience in medical. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide counseling on policies and procedures. \xe2\x97\x8f Create and implement effective onboarding plans. \xe2\x97\x8f Assist in performance management processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
