Job Description
We at is urgently hiring an experienced HR GENERALIST candidate for an available HR EXECUTIVE role in Dubai. Along with the educational & technical expertise mentioned below, Hindi proficiency and UAE experience are absolutely mandatory for this role.
Experience level: 6-8 years experience in HR generalist profile in UAE
- Should have worked as core Generalist profile (not a Recruiter role) with a focus on KPI setting, L&D, Performance management
- HRMS , database management , report making, and presentation skills to the top management
- 6-8 years UAE Experience as given above.
- Education- Bachelor\'s / masters degree in HRM
- Experience as mentioned above-NOT a managerial role
- Proficient in using ERP system SAP & Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel .
- Familiarity with KPI, Performance management, L & D, and best practices in UAE.
- Languages: Should be Fluent in English; Hindi, Malayalam
Gender: Female
Salary: AED 8000/-+visa and other benefits as per the UAE law (No costs to the candidate)
