Job Summary

We are seeking a competent

HR Executive

with proven UAE experience in the

MEP construction industry

. The role requires hands-on management of HR operations, in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and the ability to independently support project and corporate HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel files Handle

MOHRE processes

: labor contracts, visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and compliance Ensure adherence to

UAE Labour Law

and internal HR policies Coordinate payroll inputs, HR reports, and MIS Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling Liaise with site teams and management on HR-related matters Support audits, inspections, and internal HR controls

Requirements & Qualifications

3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE

(mandatory)

MEP / Construction industry experience is compulsory

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures ERP system exposure and

advanced Excel skills

preferred Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
