About the Client:
A packaging company that provides end to end solutions in FMCG & pharmaceutical industry.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, insurance and maintaining personnel records.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement to employees in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR needs, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
- Stay updated on UAE labour laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements and provide guidance to management and employees as needed.
