Working as part of the regional HR team, the HR Executive will support in providing a proactive and technically sound generalist HR service to facilitate legal compliance, implementation of best practice and the delivery of the HR strategy by working closely with key stakeholders. The aim of the role is to support all schools within the region on Cognita policy compliance, with particular focus on the Safer Recruitment policies and procedures. The role will also support the HR management of other Cognita entities as required and the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure maximisation of the operational support, key projects, and value-add initiatives across the schools. This role will support in the development of measures and analytics so that the HR function remains efficient, effective and promotes Cognita\xe2\x80\x99s ethos of best practice and continual development Cognita is a global leader in independent education.
