Job Description
- Perform HR Generalist Activities for GCC
- Smooth execution of DMS operations for HR Personnel Files
- Oversee and assist for UAE GHMI and Workmen Compensation Claims and ensure closure within TAT.
- Coordinate for conducting HRSS process Audit and Compliance
- Review audit trackers set as per ISO standards and Conduct Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly HRSS Process Audits
- Manage the HR Policies and ensure transactions takes place as per policy.
- Follow up and close invoices, monthly addition, and deletion of dependents
- Prepare and Validate Payroll inputs and maintain Master Trackers for policy validation
- Provide Inputs to Maintain monthly/Quarterly HR Dashboard Metrics.
- Review Maintenance Dashboard and ensure all maintenance related activities are completed in staff accommodation.
- Maintain Hygiene of Data Management in SAP and In-House HR Systems.
- Perform day to day HR Transactions in SAP and In-house System such as Transfers, HR Letters, attendance queries.
- Provides end-user training via train-the-trainer philosophy.
- Conduct research and prepare responses and FAQs to employee enquiries on HRSS and Staff Accommodation Processes.
- Perform HRSS Data Cleansing on periodic basis.
