Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Maintain and enhance all employee benefits programs, including compensation and health insurance.
\xc2\xb7 Lead the recruitment strategy.
\xc2\xb7 Take ownership of the on boarding and retention process.
\xc2\xb7 Maintaining, updating, and recommending FCM\'s HR policies and procedures.
\xc2\xb7 Maintaining all employee\'s visa and labor contract renewal/cancellation.
\xc2\xb7 Maintaining leave application and managing the HR payroll system on daily basis.
