Job Profile: HR Executive Introduction: The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day Human Resource activities & recruitment. Roles and responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x93 Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process \xe2\x80\x93 Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities \xe2\x80\x93 Reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates and finalizing the recruitment process \xe2\x80\x93 Handling the day-day operations in HR. \xe2\x80\x93 Conducting training sessions for old and new employees of the organization \xe2\x80\x93 Handling performance management procedure and appraisals is a key task in hr executive job description. \xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee. \xe2\x80\x93 Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees. \xe2\x80\x93 Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the organization. - Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all administrative details related to employees exit. -Perform any other related tasks as assigned / needed. Job Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of diversified HR solid experience Advanced commutation skills (spoken, read and written) in English and Arabic Proven track record interpreting recruitment & administrative roles Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 01/06/2023
