Share your CV on WhatsApp +971569905040 : Manages all HR issues related to the staff and manpower in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s market and growth strategy. Ensures that all HR issues are dealt with in compliance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policies, government regulations, labor law, and management requirements. 1)Assists in the recruiting process. 2) Providing Company orientation to all newly admitted employees (staff). 3) Responsible for ensuring that the timely and thoroughness Master Labor Cards are entered into the system. 4) Prepares and process payroll for Staff & Non Staff and forward it to Accounts. 5) Processes leave applications and leave settlements and leave return. 6) Processes resignations and terminations. and final settlements. 7) Record site accidents and follow up with the insurance company until a credit note is issued. 1) Coordinates with Operations on the transfer of manpower between sites, and prepare the manpower daily report. 2) Actions the required invoicing and cost allocations related to transfer of manpower to other Offices (Branches - Offices) and maintain records. 3) Assists the HR Manager in compiling and arranging a training plan. 4) Manages Staff & Non Staff medical insurance process until credit note is received. 5) Leads the labour committee meetings and relevant issues. 6) Oversees employee database and ensures that system records are updated in HRMS. 7) Ensures that personnel files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures. 8) Prepares all letters and correspondences as needed for banks Etc... 9) Maintains violation records for workers and takes necessary action as required by the labour law. 17) Handles Staff and Non- Staff performance management procedures. 18) Maintains a good knowledge of policies, procedures, and local Labour Office Laws. 19) Assists in setting the training plan for the whole organization. 20) Maintains log and Keeps record for all New & Renewed visas, Labour Cards, Emirates IDs issued by the company, Passport Expiry, and report prior their expiry date. 21) Prepares gate passes for employees where and when required 22) Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team\xe2\x80\x99s agenda. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • HR Dept. Construction: 6 years (Preferred)
  • HR Oracle ERP systems: 6 years (Preferred)
