HR Executive Well-established advertising companies located in Jebel Ali Industrial area, Dubai are looking for HR Executive. Job description:
- To update every staff in and out attendance.
- Record attendance for late comers.
- Daily attendance record including overtime.
- Manage all Stuff filing records and archive.
- Post add for new position on hiring portal.
- Shortlist candidates for interview.
- Arrange interview for new candidate.
- Update list of interviewed candidates.
- Follow up with PRO on visa process and cancellation.
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in reception cum HR work (UAE experience preferred).
- Aware of UAE labor law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel & Word.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Available in Dubai for interview.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Having a valid visa for at least 2 months or spouse visa (preferable).
- Note: Work Timings - 8.00am to 8.00 pm (6 days a week)
