- Manage all basic HR functions, including recruitment, administration, onboarding, internal communication, employee welfare & payroll processing.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Help the manager in all aspects of payroll processing, including preparation, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within established policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in HR.
- Atleast 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai and maximum 8 years of overall work experience.
- Must have hands on experience in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to ATS, any HR ERP\xe2\x80\x99s is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Russian is a must.
