The role is based in Umm Al Quwain for (Manufacturing Based) for a cosmetics manufacturing organization. Strong preference for male HR generalist. Core Responsibilities :
  • Managing HR Operations
  • Should be well versed with UAE labor laws.
  • Hiring & onboarding
  • Leave & Attendance Management
  • Payroll Management
  • Employee Services & Engagement
  • Visa regulations ,Work Permit processes.
  • PRO Management
  • Performance Appraisals
  • Administration & Office Management
Candidate must have Masters Degree in HR with minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing setup in UAE. Preference for the candidates who are currently available in UAE for face to face interview and can join immediately.Able to read Arabic language will be plus Salary: 4500+Accommodation+Medical insurance+Visa Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
