Job Description
HR Executive (Female) Responsibilities: Experience: 4+ years experience in UAE Looking for candidates who is available in UAE Immediate joins preferred Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR Department Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager Ensure effective communication between departments and proactive resolution of staff concerns, attending. To carry out initial interviewing and to liaise with HOD\xe2\x80\x99s in regards to the suitability of interviews Basic knowledge in preparing all kind of official letters Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, loan, leaves, etc) Coordinating with PRO for visa process new/renewal and cancellations Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as Human Resource Assistant.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
