Job Description

CANDIDATES WITH REAL ESTATE HR AND RECRUITING EXPERIENCE ARE PREFERRED. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, advertise open positions, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks. - Coordinate the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all new employees have the necessary paperwork and training. - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Reaching out to passive candidates through networking, headhunting, and cold calling. - Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates - Manage the HR Department\'s phone and answer all queries efficiently. Requirements: - Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - A minimum of three years of relevant HR experience. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Understanding of UAE Labour laws and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Ability to work independently, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality. - HR credentials form reliable companies is a plus What\'s in it for you? - Fixed Salary - You will earn commission for every hired candidates. - Visa will be provided by the company. Job Types: Commission, Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
