HR Executive | Dubai | Hospitality Group
A leading hospitality group with multiple high-end venues across Dubai is seeking a skilled HR EXECUTIVE to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in restaurant HR operations and a proactive, hands-on approach to people management.
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR functions across multiple venues
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to align HR strategy with business goals
• Maintain accurate records and support payroll and benefits administration

Candidate Profile:

• Based in the UAE and available to start immediately
• 3+ years of HR experience in Dubai's restaurant or hospitality sector
• Strong understanding of alcohol-licensed venues and premium service environments
• Preferred: Male candidates with African or Inpabi background from high-end venues
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
